    I requested a quote and when I asked about rates I got an irate answer saying they we're being patient... The most arrogant attitude. If you want a professional and courteous service... look elswhere.

    When I bought my condo last year, I called these guys to do my home inspection. I was able to get an appointment the next week-end. The guy took the time to answer all my questions and explained me a lot of things. Few months later, our new neighbors shared their home inspection report from another company and they did not find half of the potential issues that ProspecPlus were able to find...
