    The service is terrible. I requested Dodge caravan 1 month ago because i have three kids my mother and my wife to go to Toronto when i go there they gave me a santafe (Hyndai). It is 7 passenger vehicle but limited space and it is not a minivan...we suffered entire trip didnt have space to take kids stoller and someother stuffs. This is so poor customer service...

    Old cars and poor customer service

    Very long waiting times in the shop, cars are old and mine was really dirty from the inside and the outside. Plus I was charged a service I didn't ask for. In general, pretty disappointing experience.
