I had the sashimi salad lunch special and my friend had the Sushi Roll lunch special. Each special came with tempera chips, 2 pieces of calamari, 2 pieces of salmon type roll, a potato croquette, and fruits. We came here because it is my boyfriend's favourite Korean restaurant. I was very happy with our meal! I love noodles so I got ramyun, which isn't a special or difficult dish but I enjoyed it. The food came out very quickly and at a good temperature. My boyfriend loves their potato appetizer and I adore their sweet peanuts. We also got bulgogi, which was amazing! The portion was large, more than enough for the two of us and there was the perfect amount of sauce. The ladies who work there are nice and efficient as well. My first impression of Korean food was a positive one and I hoped to visit again. On my second time there, we ordered the combo my boyfriend raved about: soup, spicy diced chicken, 5 bottles of beer for $18 and dukboki (a dish I had been wanting to try). This restaurant is charming and reminds me of the "old pickleBarrels" with many of the new upgrades that the bigger and fancier Pickle Barrel's have. ( i beleive they call those pickle Barrel's "grande"). Our whole table ( 6 of us) ordered off of the all day menu. My wife had an omelette, which looked delicious and very big. I had the classic breakfast and others got the pancakes, waffles, and french toast. We almost sampled everything on the breakfast menu.
