I met both Drs, K & S and found them very knowledgeable and compassionate. To be fair, the receptionist is also very thorough and helpful. I believe all medical offices charge a missed appt fee but not a cancellation fee as noted in one of the comments on this page and this makes sense as there r many pts awaiting to be given an appt while some others neglect to show up to their confirmed appt. Im shocked by this 1st review as it doesnt describe Dr. Sokoluk at all. Living with arthritic illness is hard & painful & we want relief. At times nothing works but isnt the drs fault. Dr. S has been my doc for almost 10 years & I could not ask for better care from him. He is caring & compassionate & tries his best for his patients. He isnt rude ever! Hes soft spoken & always personable. He is open & thoughtful with advise & will give referrals for 2nd opinions when he doesnt have the answers.
