We have just started working with her company, but the first project was a complete redesign of our brochure which took many phone calls, emails and remote sessions. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation.
