I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.

The food is always fresh. The service is prompt and polite. But most important the restaurant always looks and smells clean.
The only thing I find wrong is that all the Mary Brown locations close at 2100 NOT 2300 as shown in the Yellow Pages.
Other than that I urge you to try their fine food. One of my favourites is the BIG MARY chicken sandwich. Enjoy their great food at very reasonable prices. (Next to Shoppers Drug Mart at Kennedy Rd. and Queen St.)

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. As we don't currently have a Harvey's in my area (Thunder Bay), this is always the location I usually visit for my fix when I'm staying in downtown Toronto!...Unfortunately the PATH foodcourts (Harvey's) are sometimes unreliable with their hours of operation. Never had a bad experience at this location.
