This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years.
