I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. I stop here ocasionaly when I take my bike following the hydro-line bicycle path. Every time I do stop here, I don't regret it at all!! The food is great, the servers are very patient and the atmosphere has a very compfortable local feel. I suggest ordering the McWindmill when you go there. Read more

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and took a chance trying this restaurant for the first time. We were pleasantly suprised and absoloutely loved the experience. We ordered the Peppercorn Shrimp appetizer and the Roesti with Smolked Salmon. Delicious and plenty to share. We then ordered the Shrimp Pasta and the Hunter Schnitzel. The food is really outstanding!! best schnitzel I've ever had!! Super value. The service was extremely professional and very attentive and pleasant. At the end we ordered the Creme Brule and what an excellent finishing touch to a great meal. The ambiance in the restaurant is very inviting and romantic. This restaurant has become one of our favourite places to go in Burlington. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are so nice! From the moment you sit down they already have tea for you. One thing weve never figured out is that they give you 1 less menu than the amount of people in your group. But it all works out. The food is absolutely delicious and everything you need is at arms reach at your table. I highly reccommend the medium rare beef soup (101.). It may be one of the most delicious soups on earth..!
