We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic.
