Matt’s Auto Service is the best!!! I was driving to Brockville when it started raining and my windshield wipers stopped working. It was quite scary to be on the 401 without being able to see very well! Matts took me in right away and had my wipers working within minutes after applying plenty of lubricant and using some elbow grease. It was amazing service and I was so relieved! Thank you so much!

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Brought my computer to K-TEC a few months ago, figured it would take about a week or so to get it back (given my prior experience with computer repair businesses) To my surprise, a few HOURS later I got a call from a very friendly technician who explained the issues to me after running diagnostics, and said if I wanted to go ahead with the repairs, they could have it ready for me before 5pm that day! Total cost to repair the computer just over 100 dollars (that included diagnostics, as well as the repair, labour and taxes)
Since then, I'm happy to say that I haven't experienced any issues. I highly recommend K-TEC for all your computer repairs !

This place was fantastic. We booked a last minute room on a long weekend and they were very accommodating. Had a room with two double beds. Beds (and pillows especially!) were super comfy. The rooms all exit to the outside, and the area is nice and quiet. They have nice televisions with 60 odd channels, they give towels and soaps in the bathroom, and have a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups for your use. In the mornings in the main building they have a small but very satisfying breakfast with cereals, croissants, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. If the weather is appropriate they even have an outdoor pool for guests to use. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and it's not that far from downtown Kingston (just a quick drive into town). We got such a good value for the money you pay, we were very impressed. When we come back to Kingston we will always be staying here.
