Likely saved my life! Nearly one year anniversary now after I was flown to Prince Rupert Hospital for urgent surgery to clear up a severe Sepsis infection created when a Specialist in Vancouver unknowingly nicked my bowel during a robotic arm surgery procedure. Was flown to Prince Rupert hospital to clean that up. I found Dr. Nel extremely reassuring and he visited me often in the ward to check on me. I will always be so thankful for his expertise.

After two years of Covid, I was finally able to get my first check up in a long while; what a welcoming sight walking into a newly renovated office, doesn't look dark and dreary anymore. The new staff as well as the old are very courteous and polite, and most of all happy to walk out with no cavities. Thumbs up...

I wanted to share a story...Hank(8) had his first filling the other day. I didn’t talk to him much about it before the appointment. I didn’t want him to start getting anxious about the needle. Dr Fehr and her lovely assistant( sorry, spaced her name) were so FANTASTIC with him. He felt so at ease thru the whole process. They spoke to him soft and sweet and laughed at all his jokes.?. When it was all said and done he didn’t even realize that he had had a needle to administer the freezing.

Awesome service, Ive seen both Dr. Lake and Dr Ray both very professional and great service.
I had an inflamed tooth and they were able to squeeze me in within a few days even though booking was weeks out.
