Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. From the first phone call to completion of my dentures the care I received was excellent. Both the receptionist Debbie & Dr Klay Quilley provided friendly, courteous and very competent care. They went out of their way (or maybe that is just their normal customer service) to ensure I received the best care possible. Was flown to Prince Rupert hospital to clean that up. I found Dr. Nel extremely reassuring and he visited me often in the ward to check on me. I will always be so thankful for his expertise.
