The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. He is an amazing doctor and individual. I have been seeing him for 7+ years and can say he has saved my life. You don’t get better overnight. I suffer with severe PTSD, anxiety, depression and ADHD. This was not just diagnosed by him. He knows what he’s doing, has multiple degrees from many countries. He is extremely passionate about his work, caring and wants to help. If you want to be babied, find a doc that will tell you to write your beautiful on the mirror. But that won’t help you. He will.

This is an excellent optometrist, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have been seeing him for 18 years, and went for recommended cataract removal to his recommended eye surgeon who was also excellent. I am now 80 years old and have excellent eye sight!

Professional support from Dr. Wilk and his staff. High tech equipment; 3D imaging equipment and the means to produce crowns directly in the on site lab. I was amazed; I had a tooth with a large cavity where the filling had dislodged. The tooth was prepared, shaped, scanned and the crown produced and installed all in one 2 hour visit !
The cost was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Dr. Wilk's knowledge and experience is exceptional.

I can honestly say that Dr. Pallo is the best dentist I have ever been in the care of.
His office is always spotless. It does smell like a dentists office though. (Which actually makes sense due to how sanitary everything always is.)
His staff is the kind and professional. Dr. Pallo, himself, is very nice and a fountain of information.
At no point in the 20+ years I have been going here have I ever left feeling less then satisfied with my visit or like I was bamboozled.

Dr. Peterson was so wonderful when both my husband and I came in for an eye check up. We both did need reading glasses as suspected, but the service we received from her and the receptionist was completely above and beyond what we ever expected from an optometrist visit. Dr. Peterson has a wonderful sense of humour and is very friendly. She not only prescribed our glasses And Ben helped us find suitable frames herself in the office, but she had a wonderful way of explaining, without medical jargon that I wouldn't understand, what was happening with our eyes and why glasses have become necessary.
I am so pleased that a friend recommended us to her and would extend the recommendation to Anyone looking for an optometrist.

A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic ET problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and have spent the last couple years searching for answers. If you are thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. But I believe you can trust the staff here to do their best.
