Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Wonderful customer service!!! I called 4 auto glass companies in the city, and Nu-Tech had the best price by far, and got the job done in the shortest period of time. When they replaced the windshield, they found that last time I had an oil change, the oil change garage forgot to put the cap back on - my engine was covered in oil and my engine could seize at any point. They offered a ride home, or to go buy me more oil before driving. Everyone was so kind. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Read more
