I am a Kelowna local for 5 years now. Have tried many places looking for a good tasting meal. To date Montana’s is the best, great taste, super service and the staff very friendly. Had a rookie one night and she was nervous when pouring my beer, Noticed that it was going to foam up so I took the glass and pointed out a good pour. The team at Cooksons is outstanding. After receiving a local quote for multiple thousands of dollars to replace the injectors in my truck, I came to rent a truck while mine was down. When going to get the rental, I asked the service department for a quote. They recommended an additive, before a quote. They put the additive in my truck for me, and it fixed the issue right away. The bill was $5.00 for the additive, and no cancellation fee on the rental. Great service by all, will be back again Read more

Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. I stop at the IHOP 310 nearly every time I go to Kelowna. I like the food and the service plus it is easy to get to and lots of parking. Yesterday I stopped there about 4:30 PM. As I am nearly 73 I also looked at the 55 plus menus. I was surprised to see that items on the 55 plus are about 1/2 the amount of food but the price is the same as on the regular menus. I would have thought the price would have been lower if you were getting less food. Read more

Went there on short notice the other night with 13 people...they accommodated us and the food was delicious. we ordered one of every roll on the menu and then 6 more plus the veggie tempura. we have been back since with other friends and ordered again to take to a party..highly recommend this place...beautiful food made by beautiful people with outstanding personal service! Pricey! Good food!! Great service!!! Amazing views on the lakeside boardwalk!!!! So many of the Kelowna lakefront(or near lakefront) restaurants seem to rely on the location only...and food is 2nd rate. The Eldorado provides an edible dish that is suitable to enjoy with the fabulous setting of Okanagan Lake. Number one choice for me...for a combined food and lakefront venue in Kelowna. Read more

The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good.
