I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. i woke up and turned my laptop on and got nothing. Din't turn on at all. I took it in to this store and the guy there was very friendly and professional. Not only that i got my laptop back the same day!!!! All working and back to life!!!!
