I needed a good, used dryer for my tenants and Mike was there to show me a few which were reasonably priced. I opted for a Kenmore which he delivered the following day. The price I paid was well worth it considering that he also set it up and removed the old piece. Mike is a courteous and easy to talk to type of guy.

Dr. Talsky is great. She's really, really thorough and takes the time to explain procedures and results in detail (and she's also got a great way with patients: warm and professional). The office is very efficient - no unnecessary waiting and the techs are great at walking you through the tests and measurements they conduct. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!
