Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona. Read more

Brent gave me nothing but honesty from the start, even recommending NOT having him insulate a part of my home because it would be a waste of money. Got my business because a competitor did not return a scheduled call to perform an estimate. Not an issue here. Brent was always in direct contact with me. Guys doing work were polite and knowledgeable. Mess was cleaned prior to leaving and very reasonsble prices. Now my upstairs is soooo much cooler.
