I have never experienced such personalized and excellent care from an pharmacy. The pharmacist took a long time counselling me and giving ne suggestions. The staff communicated with me several times to let me know that they had received the prescription, before they processed it and when it was out for delivery. The fact that they delivered for free (all the way to Alliston) was the icing on the cake. It's so rare to find such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Read more

Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs! Read more
