I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all..

We have a Sheltland Sheepdog with a coat like a polar bear. It is impossible for me to brush her hair. The Dog Wash are magicians...they groom her in a few hours which would take me days to do....and they remove all her excess coat which I could never do. Thank you for the wonderful work.

I found Humber bay vet clinic to be professional and the Doctor I dealt with was always direct even if I didnt like what I had to hear. Always on time. Which was a hug problem with my last pup and the clinic I used...waited and waited. Ug. Very comfortable is KEY. My guy is super healthy and I owe much of that to this place. I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I truly recommend this Hospital. For 10 years I have been going to this Hospital with my Schnauzer dog (my buddy) and Dr. Bhullar is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens to your concern and gives the options and solution to my dog problems. The staff is extremely nice and polite as well. The price is affordable and Dr. Bullar also tells you exactly what you are paying for. I had two emergencies with my dog and the Hospital always found one spot for me to come on the same day... I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. These are real dog people and will treat your furbaby like it’s their own.

I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

The vet was really good with our Daisy, and when we couldn't save her, they were kind to us during the process of letting her go. We were never rushed at all. Have been with Drs. Teeger and Cormier at Secords for close to 30 years. They have diagnosed problems early and treated them immediately. One of my cats is approaching 21 years and they have successfully treated her breast cancer since March 2008. A few years ago my other cat had serious problems, so they brought in a cardiologist and ultrasound specialist to better diagnose and recommend treatment for him. They are progressive thinkers and hired a homeopathic vet several years ago to provide alternative treatments. Would not even consider going elsewhere.

My dog had spayed surgery here 1 week ago. The doctor is good, well skilled. They have done so many surgeries so lots of experience. The surgery went well. Now she is recovered very good. Only 1 week after the surgery, we can take her cone off and let her walk around the backyard. The stiches healing well. No problems at all.
My another dog had surgery at some other places and waiting time was 3 months, but here you can book it next week, so I'm happy with the short waiting time.
