I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all.. Read more

The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again! I brought a foster dog from The Animal Guardian Society to Bark and I was very impressed with how clean and friendly their boutique environment is. The groomers were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about leaving him there to get groomed. When I went to pick up my foster dog I couldn't believe what an amazing job the groomers did. His fur was so soft, he smelt amazing and his cut was gorgeous! I could tell they took their time to make sure he looked his best for his new home. Read more

We have had great experiences here with our very lively Shih Tzu since she was 12 weeks old. We took her elsewhere once and it was not a good experience. The groomer complained that she was very active. She is now 15 months old, and always comes away looking wonderful, with no complaints from the staff. We recommend Durham Dog Groomers highly! Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there. Read more
