I was very impressed by Dr. Heggie on my first visit. I was referred by a friend to Raymond Dental. The staff were very comforting and professional walking me through the entire procedure as I was having my wisdom teeth pulled. I had been quite nervous the previous few days approaching the surgery. Dr. Heggie was very personable and understood my anxieties and was able to reassure me of the procedure.

I have come to this clinic on a few occasions for Walk-in for my children and the have always got us in a reasonable amount of time and have been very helpful. Staff are friendly , the office is clean and a nice calm environment. The doctors my children have seen were great and knowledgeable. They have always accommodated us and I understand that I have to wait to be seen because I did not have an appointment. Some of these reviews gave this clinic a bad rap in my opinion! GG

My time at Sierra Dental was excellent! Things are run efficiently and considerately there. I had 2 cavities to take care of and they were done within an hour or less. Dental appointments can feel stressful and cause pain, but I felt little worry and was reassured many times that my teeth were looking good as the filling progressed. Both my Mom and I use this clinic as the staff and our Doctor are excellent. During these trying and difficult times (co vid) the staff and our Doctor have bent over backwards to accommodate us as they genuinely care about us and we certainly appreciate them and everything they do. The clinic is clean and the wait times are very minimal. We don't and wont go anywhere else as the level of care we get is first rate. So I took him here . It's covered by Alberta health . The doctored lasered it once , charged me NOTHING and it WAS gone .
