I order from this location quite often. It is out of my way but I know they are good. Only complaint I have about them is the men working there are not friendly. Never smile and are not welcoming. I actually feel like I am a burden to them when I come in. Wasn't for the fact that I have came across a few terrible pizza places and they have good pizzas, I would stop buying from them due to the poor personalities and crappy customer service. Read more

Having lived in NYC for several years now, I've dabbled in a fair share of pizza places...some as authentic as Italy itself! I was staying at the Coast Hotel in Chilliwack for a wedding nearby, and decided to order from this quaint little place when we drove past it. The staff was extremely friendly when we walked in, and gave us an extensive menu that not only covered pies, but pastas and salads as well! We placed our order, and the service was so quick that we didn't even have to leave the place to kill time! Reminiscent of an authentic eat-in pizza joint, equipped with bar stools and all, the robust sauce and phenomenal crust are what made the pizza worthwhile. The toppings were definitely as fresh as possible, and the lasagna is TO DIE for. I wish they had a location in good ol' NYC...they'd definitely give a lot of them a run for their money - HIGHLY recommended!!! Read more

My family and I have been going to Jim's for over 12yrs now. There are a few other pizza places in the area we like, but Jim's is always the most generous with the cheese and toppings. We really like the dough and sauce they use, for us it is just the perfect combo. This site does not give the option to give half stars, so I gave 5 just because we are long time customers, but I would have given 4.5 because if you order for delivery on a Friday or Saturday night you can expect to have a bit of a wait.
