Most amazing pasta ever. The caeasar dressing was the best. The chocolate mousse cake was so good, not too sweet. The service was great, not too intrusive, very friendly. I love how the kitchen is out front so you can see them cooking. The cooks all seemed to be young but were very professional. The owners answered any questions I had, and very friendly. I love the fact that their pasta is made almost every day, on site and they told me that they have one employee that makes all the pasta from scratch. Read more

My spouse and I discovered this restaurant as a fluke- we were not in there to eat, in there to conduct business with the owner for a local festival. When my spouse got back to the car he said, we are going to go back there for lunch. And we did just that and were very impressed. We were not sure of the sizes so we both ordered 2 medium panzerottis, and wow, we didn't need to make dinner that night. Very affordable and the best panz I have ever eaten in my life. Read more

The meal was plain jane, for the price i expected alittle more flare. The restaurant was empty which tells me a story in itself. The meal was skimpy, it was served on a large plate with the small steak which was chewy, a few carrots, and 2 roasted potatoes off to the side, which made the plate look empty. the soup (which was extra, and cost $5) was in the smallest bowl i have ever seen and only half full, the same with the creme boule. I must say though that the caesar salad was delicious, and the coffee was very good. It had been 10 yrs since my last visit because of poor food and i dont think i will try it again, in the near future. Read more

Caribou restaurant is our restaurant of choice. Whether it is just a small group of us or a large group in for a party Caribou is the place to be. Personally I manage a local hotel and we send our guests there time after time. The food is excellent and consistant whether it is just their gourmet pizza's or full dinner entre's. Desserts are to die for especially the creme framboise. The service is always personable and efficient. Their wine list is the best in town and they have won many awards. had a delicious meal here and great service. most of us had the prime rib which was excelllent, one person had the salmon which was also great and one person had the salad bar and appetizer. Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good! Read more
