As my milestone birthday is on Christmas Day my husband threw a surprise party for me at Kelsey's on December 22, 2016. My husband was unable to provide final numbers for the reservation and yet the Manager and staff were phenomenal in accommodating us all on this special night. I went the other day with a couple of friends and I have to say it was a nice cozy place to spend the day with a couple of friends. The sushi was tasty, the service was great. They were so polite and friendly. To the person below, this is Canada. Not Japan or anywhere else in Asia, where their specialties are Asian food. Also didn't help the fact you had high expectations going in which could have affected your overall impression. "Worst sushi" is not something I would use for this restaurant. My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. This used to be one my main restaurants to eat but lately ive been trying some new places. Decided to go back yesterday and was reminded how good this place was! Got the half jerk chicken meal for take-out and was very pleased. A mountain of rice and beans completely covered on top with very tasty chicken.
