We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. 24 hour turnaround for my 1948 MG TC 3rd member. Extracted the remaining piece of my broken axle, cleaned it in his high pressure (hot water) oven and replaced the two bearings. These guys know what there doing and, for me, under promised and over delivered. Would use them again.

The Delta location is wonderful with lots of help from Nolan and Angus. They are friendly and know what customer service is all about. They also have a lot of knowledge and will take the time to go over things with you. I will not go anywhere else for supplies for my cats.
The location at the Dell Shopping Centre is also very good and Jim is very helpful.
