Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. Went to the pharmacist, described my situation, she was very helpful, phoned the drugstore in British Columbia where my prescription is Held, got the required information and presto I had my medication. This happened on Saturday sept 16. My prescription had been cancelled by myself for but my pharmacy gave the name of the drug to the shoppers pharmacist, and she was able to suggest an over-the-counter medication. Read more
