I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I had confirmed in advance that I could exchange it for another one in case my son didn't like it or just bring it in for alterations. My boyfriend recommended we go to the Yonge St. location after Christmas to get it altered and he recommended we see Michel.
