Ginko was the first Japanese restaurant my boyfriend took me to before we started dating. I was quite skeptical upon first glance, since they're located by the airport and inside a hotel. Once inside and seated in a comfortable booth, and eating, my opinion of this establishment quickly changed.
Not only does this restaurant make you feel like you've literally stepped into Tokyo (as evidenced by the traditional booths, decor and Japanese waitresses serving you in Yukatas), the food will surpass your expectations. My boyfriend was in charge of ordering, and he ordered us assorted sushi and sashimi on a boat. We were met with excellent service, and I must say--the quality of the fish and dining experience will have us be returning again soon.

I got here for lunch often because it is close to my work. Prior to that my boyfriend took me a few times too, since he lives nearby and loves the place.
I'm quite surprised at some of the reviews here though. I love the place! I feel very welcomed, the service is good, and the atmosphere is quite nice. I've never been disappointed with their food, and find the quality much better than some restaurants. That said, I would note that I find them to be a bit pricey.
So overall, it's a great place! If you like friendly staff, good food, and nice environment go here.

For all you can eat Ginza can't be beat. The staff is super friendly and the service is quick and attentive. The food is great and I would totally recommend it for all you can eat sashimi, sushi, and teppanyaki. I had been to JJ Japanese Thai beforehand and was never disappointed. This was my third visit and I was more than pleased. The restaurant was nicely decorated with beautiful table linens, wall decorations, and pillows. The servers were kind and attentive. Our server, whose name was Alina, was so kind and friendly, she asked us if there was anything we needed on a consistent basis and also provided free ice cream for being such great customers! I was pleasantly impressed. The food was amazing, the pad thai was filling and excellent, along with the maki. I would come back here in a heartbeat, no doubt about it!

Just revisited on a Friday. Luckily, I found parking in their tiny lot, about 20 spots, that it shares with Swiss Chalet. And I'm sure that non-patrons park there too!
Positive: The atmosphere is quite nice, dimly lit, tealights at tables. Service is also pleasant. I accidentally tipped over my tea and it was addressed immediately.
Not-so-positive: I would say that sushi is *just* okay. When maki rolls arrived, from a distance, it just literally looked like a plate of white rice. Presentation was definitely their weak point.
Pieces were not only cut unevenly, but they also fell apart as I picked them up with my chopsticks. Rolls were not rolled tight enough. Instead they were quite large and loose.
I'd expect this from a lower priced sushi joint, but not at these prices!

Although this restaurant has gone through some growing pains, all is now well at Sushi4U. I have been frequenting Sushi4U for takeout during the past 5 years and will continue to do so. The decor has received a pleasant facelift and the fish is remarkably fresh. Servers and cooks are very friendly and quick. In the past 2 years, I have yet to be disappointed. sit down this place is great. Prompt service food is well prepared. Not included in the all you can eat are desserts but ginger ice cream is my fav. Beef skewers and pumpkin soup are a must try. Items come as a la carte as well. Oh shrimp tempura is very well made (fluffly not heavy in batter).
This is a new restaurant and has a fusion blend of decors. Noise is comfortable for regular talking volume. Great place for a date or a party.
