I was looking for my wedding hair stylist online from Alberta as I live out of province and needed a somewhere local in Sooke that was economical and close to our venue. Tarah is a hair magician. I don't know anyone who can do what she does. Going from dark brown to blonde that has dimension and no damage in one day is unheard of.
