What a beautiful little salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming! I had my hair coloured by Melissa, and what a treat! This is the best colour I've ever had! She delivered exactly what I wanted and was so fun to talk to!
Parking was surprisingly easy! I parked in the parkade straight through the building right across the street and it was only $4 all day! I recommend this salon to everyone!

Delivered on time and budget, we're happy, and so are our customers. It was a first time experience with a 'service design' firm (we didn't know this even existed). Very inspiring and friendly.
