The staff is very friendly and helpful. That is the reason that I gave it 5 stars. On the other hand, the companies decision to close down the doughnut section in the Brockville location on Stewart Blvd and Laurier will cost jobs and money. I stopped in for the cookies. They were thick and excellent. I also bought gas at times but the main reason I chose your store was for the cookies. The closest one apparently that still sells that is Kemptville. I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise! Read more
