I love Little Saigon because the food is great, but the prices are very great too! I often eat at Royal Pho in Ancaster because it is closer, but I end up getting food that doesn't taste quite as good, and costs more. Another good thing about Little Saigon is it is close to the mall, so I can escape food court prices and have a tasty sit down meal. The food is fresh, arrives quickly and is flavourful and delicious. I always finish every last bite, it is so good! If you like vietnamese food and eat it often, this is the place to go! Read more

We stopped in on Friday night to grab a coffee and decided to have a piece of cake. Although the cakes are not made there they are absolutely to die for. I got the white hot chocolate which was amazing, although you did have to stir it fairly often to keep the hot chocolate mix from settling out of it. There is a ton of interesting art work on the walls and the music is great, I would definitely recommend this place. Read more

I've been hoping to find a place that does a version of Pad Thai which rivals the Pad Thai that the Thai Terrace (formerly in Mississauga) used to make. We loved the food here (a worthy rival for Ben Thanh just down the road). Went here several times a month with family throughout the 80s & early 90s. A lot of great memories and got goosebumps when I walked in the doors nearly 20 years later. Same decor, same great food & service, and Sinatra is still the music of choice. The cheese manicotti is even better than I remember and I can't believe I went without a Troc Salad for so long. Delicious & fresh tossed in the same homemade vinaigrette. And the meatballs? Simply awesome. It's a trip back in time for sure. I can't tell you how happy I am that I have rediscovered this Hamilton landmark. And that after 70 years the same high standards still hold up. Only open weekends and closed in the summer starting in July I think. If you're on the fence, just go you won't regret it. Read more

This restaurant created a very pleasant and appealing atmosphere. I was pleased with the warm welcoming received upon arrival. The place has been on Locke for years and every visit I have had only the best service. The staff are very accommodating and deal well with any request you may have. The Beasley House has a very warm and comfortable feeling as the dinning area only seats around 30 people. The menu offers a vast array of options and will suit the need of any type of customer. Anywhere from seafood and steak to hamburgers and fries, which is really helpful when dining with a larger, different group of people. The restaurant is especially appealing to me in the summer time as I spend a lot of time on Hamilton's trendy Locke street and the Beasley House is the only one with a patio??!!! Great place for lunch, as the owner always provides exceptional service, and never rushes you ! Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend and return!! Read more

My husband and I both ordered the ham and eggs breakfast, which came with toast, jam, and home fries. The ham wasn't greasy, the scrambled eggs were "real ", and the home fries were piping hot. Kudos to the cook in the kitchen. The coffee was hot, but too strong for my tastes. Charlene, our server, made sure our cups were topped up and that we were satisfied with our meal. Price of coffee is included in the price of breakfast, and if you're there before 11:30 there's a $1 discount per plate. We would definitely go again if we were passing through this area. Read more
