There are two versions of Hot and Sour soup, one is the "traditional" one and the other a seafood one. I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood version. The shrimp are fresh and just nicely done. My fiancée and I enjoyed all five dishes that we tried. The salads and the seafood dishes were all loaded with flavor. What was supposed to be cold was cold and fresh, what was meant to be hot was cooked to accuracy and hot. The presentation of each dish was impressive. Lovely ambiance, service was impeccable.
