The customer service department was very polite to me, when I was asking for the prices of Oreo's they had to call me back. My phone then decided to disconnect, therefore leaving me with no service. Once I had my service up again, I recalled, and got the same person to answer the phone. He had responded very politely, and respectfully. 5/5 stars for sure :)

My experience buying an RVR was awesome. After visiting 4 other dealerships Vickar Mitsubishi was a really enjoyable. I felt no pressure and actually took a week to make my mind up. It was great experience, everything was up front with all our questions and was delightful to deal with. The day we pick up our Mitsubishi was also great. The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
