I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair. Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. I have been coming to The HOUSE of MANN for close to 10 years, I drive from Lakeshore Rd E & Cawthra Rd in Mississauga just to get there. The Ambiance is incredible it is quaint, charming and it is like being home with family, they always make you feel special. I find the quality and service, not like other large franchise where you are just a number "next". It is like that TV show Cheers where everyone knows your name and all are welcome. I will continue to be a satisfied customer, my friend drives from Aurora to get there regularly just ask for Manny he is incredible and cares about you and he takes time to explain exactly they are going to do and why. I was scheduled today for a hair color and cut at Silvano Hair salon. The staff was excellent, they were well prepared with COVID protocols.. face masks , hand sanitizers , cleaning the chairs , arm rests and Face shields … My hair cut looks great and the color did not itch or burn my scalp..
