I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. This is by far the best Starbucks in the City of Edmonton. I have had nothing but the best customer service whenever I am there. The staff are extremely helpful at suggesting a new drink if your in a rut and want to try something new but aren't sure what to try. This was the worst experience ever I called Thursday to get a quote tried to charge me way more then necessary then after telling him what I was quoted through someone else gave me a better price then tried to charge me 25$ on my credit card to hold my booking then arriving for said appointment to find out the person then lost my info and that I wasn't going to get my replacement done but I could booking for another day or go elsewhere needless to say never going back and would recommend the same for anyone else Read more
