I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. That is the reason that I gave it 5 stars. On the other hand, the companies decision to close down the doughnut section in the Brockville location on Stewart Blvd and Laurier will cost jobs and money. I stopped in for the cookies. They were thick and excellent. I also bought gas at times but the main reason I chose your store was for the cookies. The closest one apparently that still sells that is Kemptville.
