It was my first time being at Cactus Club West on Broadway & Granville. My experience there was phenomenal! Not only was the food delicious, our server Emma F definitely made the night for us and she will be someone we won’t forget! I don't normally write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. My wife and I ate at this restaurant and like most were blown away by the customer service we received. They greeted us first by opening the door for us, checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and thanked us at the end for coming and opened the door for us when we were done. I honestly felt like I was in a small town restaurant and cannot say enough good things about this A & W. Read more

I had a fantastic dinner here with my friends! The double dragon roll and spicy salmon sashimi were so good and I loved eating every piece. They also have some fantastic affordable combos as well. We stuffed ourselves with so much food that covered the entire table but the bill was still affordable. Servers were fairly busy but still polite.
