Not my typical kind of bar. Here for a work party. Was ready to finish up my last (full) beer when the bottom of the cup completely fell off as I went to take my first sip.
The Manager was extremely gracious and refunded my entire entre (27 dollars), and 3 beers. Obviously I’m happy about the freeness, being soaked sucked, but service like that is how you keep returning customers. Great attitude towards the whole thing. Very kind staff.

For the last year I have been making Beach Grove Cafe a place for meeting my friends because I can always depend on friendly service and delicious coffee! In the warm weather I love their outdoor patio area and even in colder weather they have heaters for the front tables. Inside it is cozy and filled with all kinds of wonderful things for sale. The coffee is very well made and I have always found the food to be fresh and a interesting selection of choices. My son likes to go there with his friends in the summer to get ice cream cones! Yes, they even have ice cream!

The Chilliwack Airport Coffee Shop is one of those places where you don't have to be concerned about the quality or service, it's always good. It's the kind of place you probably went to as a teenager where you could come as you are & know you'd feel comfortable. Like a Truck Stop or Canteen. This place doesn't put on airs or try to distinguish itself - it's just a good place to eat with reasonable prices. Best place in Chilliwack!

Kym is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her to anyone as she is so caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I moved to Surrey 2 years ago and just couldn't find any restaurant that served good old fashion home cooked greasy spoon diner fare. I spotted Round-Up Cafe on a drive by and decided to pull over and try it out. They refurbished the chairs to a fabulous sparkly silver. It is cozy and comfy and very clean and the owners are extremely friendly. I ordered a soup for my toddler and a special for myself. I was surprised the special came with a soup and a desert which was nice for $12. Coffee is $2.10 and they only charge once and are excellent with refills. Food was 'just like grandma used to make' very tasty. Soup was a bit to peppery for my taste buds. My main was excellent but if you don't want gravy, you need to order it on the side or they pour it on. Coffee was excellent. My son loved the vanilla pudding - another unexpected surprise. The restaurant was packed at lunch on a weekday. This is a restaurant I would recommend Grandad to visit. Nice old fashion 1940s diner feel with good home cooking.
