As a homeowner it's very difficult to find honest and competent tradespeople that you don't need to second guess or supervise. Johann Boraks has excellent customer service, easy to talk to and he does very high quality work that he stands by.
I've dealt with some tradespeople in the past that talk a good game but don't know what they are doing or cut corners to move to the next job-- Johann will do the job correctly so you never need to worry about it.
