I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company. I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having. I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future. OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair. The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!
