Dr. McConnell and her staff are great. She worked her ass off for me until she found a Neurologist that wasn't sitting on their brains, if they had any. Sure there are long waits, but some of you have your phones to play with or bring a book. It's more fun to people watch. We have had disagreements, even a shouting match. She is a person just like you who probably gets different moods. I know she is supposed to keep them in check, can you? She is only human so be humane.

I have had a great experience with my invisilign system. Having previously worn the traditional “train tracks” this new system was pain free and easy to use. The results have been quick and wonderful! I always have a great experience at each of my appointments, the staff are great to deal with, I never have to wait for my appointment once I have arrived at the office and dealing with Dr. Palleck is always a pleasure! My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. From the second Kari called us into the room she was amazing. Not only with the way she handled my daughter and the kindness and patience she showed her but also with how reassuring she was with me as well! Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

Can not say enough good things about him and his staff!!! He is nicest doctor ever as long as you are honest with him ... I was a bad client for years, now with there help, I'm 9 years clean and 6 years sober, and he supports whatever I want to do as long as I am staying healthy and happy!!! Also, this is how I got him, I had no family doctor, mine retired, Hadley saw me walking down the hall with my rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia pain, said I had no Dr, and he took me on, right there!!!
