This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Read more

The West Kits Dental clinic is absolutely fantastic. I've been going to this dental clinic for 20+ YEARS and must say Dr Mersedeh Shahabaldine is by far the best dentist I've ever had in my entire life. I needed a partial denture for missing teeth and the denturist Ali Karimi Moosavi was a real pleasure to have worked on my partial ,he's extremely thorough and does excellent professional work ...We love the entire staff ,they are very personable and very pleasant with all communications . I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way. I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding. Read more

Honest, fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful and a man of integrity. Rick knows his stuff and will treat you well. He wont sell you anything you dont need. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to R & L Automotive for years as we wont trust anyone else with them. I am confident there is nothing he cant do or a problem he cant diagnose. He performs quality work at fair prices and goes above & beyond to satisfy his customers. I highly recommend R & L Automotive! Read more

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru. Read more

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it. I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else. BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die. We are the Petterson/Tomada Families and we stand behind this review. Read more
