When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now.
