Marlenis goes above and beyond every time. She has cleaned our house four times now and is returning this week for the fifth. It is obvious that she takes great pride in her work and does an extremely thorough job, better than you would expect. We have had many maid services over the years, but no one has come even close to the level of professionalism shown by Fresh & Shiny. Marlenis is a lovely, pleasant woman ... honest and trustworthy. I have been going to Maya for about 6 years now. I look forward to the treatments as I always feel so relaxed during and after. Maya has a gift for nurturing and healing the whole individual. The facial treatments rejuvenate the skin and the underlaying facial musculature resulting is a more youthful appearance. I travel 2 1/2 hours each way for my treatments. She is that good!

Here we are in COVID felt like this was the best time to take care of my bunion working at home anyway. On my first visit was greeted by a really professional receptionist and then taken into the room the podiatrist spent close to an hour explaining everything I knew this was it. I finally found the professional. Surgery was incredible from start to finish. Robyn is absolutely unbelievable Lily so helpful they make a TEAM in the real sense of the word. All I can say is thank you thank you.

Having been very disappointed at the lack of good Chinese food in the Durham area, I was extremely pleased to find Wok - In Express in Brooklin. Yes there are a lots of Chinese restaurants in Durham but not good ones!
At Wok - In Express, not only is the food they serve fresh and tasty but it is very reasonably priced considering what you get. They use very fresh ingredients and are consistent time after time. The oil they use for the fried items is fresh and the difference can be immediately tasted. Food is not greasy in the least. Try the General Taos chicken, it is addictive.
The restaurant is very well located with lots of parking and it is clean. This makes a big difference for me because if you take pride in how your restaurant looks, you will take pride in the product you are serving.

Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!
