My wife wanted an awning before our daughter was born last summer so we shopped around and got 4 quotes from different places. Rolltec wasn't the cheapest, but my wife really liked the colours of their materials and said they were the friendliest so we went with them.
Our awning came early and so did the baby. My wife was so thankful that the awning was made and installed so quickly. She spent the summer outdoors as much as possible with baby and stayed under the awning to keep out of the sun.
I like that it's made in Canada and keeps my energy bills lower since I don't have to have the a/c on so high.
We will reccommend to anyone.

Royal Waterproofing is an efficient basement waterproofing service provider that did a great job preventing our spring flood this year. They dug up the property, inside and out and added pipes and plastic and put a pump in the basement and now all is well - we have a dry cellar this spring and hopefully forevermore.

Back in 2010 we had a serious moisture problem in our 1860 stone foundation, log home. We worked with this company and they came up with a relatively simple solution, of a commercial dehumidifier, that solved the problem. Then in 2016, we had another building with the same problem, so we went back to this company and bought a unit for that building. Both units continue to work well and do what they are supposed to do.
