I was actually searching to find a contact of who owns this McDonalds as I wanted to ensure they received this message. I went through the drive through around noon last Sunday Dec 2/18. And had the most outstanding service. Both staff that took my payment and that gave me my food had exceptional customer service !! The first time in a long time I have had an experience like that. I will travel into use this location again specifically due to the fact they were amazing !!! Read more

Subway, everytime i place an order on subway i was not much satisfied by the customer service but this time i am fully satisfied by the amazing service provided to me by Bhupinder Singh at 1121 Windermere Subway location around 3 in the noon on Feb 25, 2018. He was really nice person and the order was consistently wrapped nicely and made clean and easy to eat by him. I liked his way of dealing with the customers and for surely will go there again. They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back. Read more
