Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone. Read more

Last year i was sideswiped in a mall parking lot and the work done was great i was happy with it and recently i had my spoiler ripped off and broight it here to be repaired and was beyond happy with the work done. I had a negative experience here. They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. They're amazing and honest! Read more

I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First.
