James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

I have worked in the boat parts business, and in Canada it isn't always that easy to get parts at a competitive price. Back orders and minimum orders are always a challenge mid season, so come on folks, appreciate having good people, willing to work with you to get out on the water.

I left with some business cards but will have to get some more from her because I gave them away the next day to 3 people who complimented my new hairdo! I have also seen Vange & Heather for my hair and Hilary & Alexis in Esthetics and they are all great!
